Yes, If you opt for collection, you won’t be charged a courier fee.

You will receive an email with our contact number to arrange a collection time.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging, with labels and tags still attached.
• Products must be clean, unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or makeup stains will not be accepted.
• Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be reviewed and processed once received.  
• Returns couriered will be at your own cost. Items can be sent to our depot: 21 Birdlip Avenue, Linkside, GQ, 6001

We do ship internationally through FEDEX and UPS.

Delivery time is between 5-10 days.

You may be charged a customs fee on package arrival.

You can arrange for the item to be delivered to you address at checkout. Please ensure your number and email is correctly entered to ensure ease of communication.

In order to maintain the fibres of the fabric, we recommend putting all items in a pillow case when you wash.

We do not encourage tumble drying.

GLIITER ITEMS:

- These must be hand soaked.

- Do not wring or scrub.

FLEECE JERSEYS:

- Place them in a pillow case to maintain the fibres, and avoid friction to the fabric when washing.

MUSLIN ITEMS:

- Place these items in a pillow case when washing, to avoid sharp objects tearing through the thin fibres.

GRAPHIC TEES:

Do not iron over graphics on the T- shirt.
